For live-in care professionals, nannies and sitters

The app for caring for children in a family's home.

On the same page from day one.

Whether you live with the family or come to their home, CalmCare Connect writes down what was agreed, keeps your hours and the children's money straight, and shows the family the work you do.

Arriving with two suitcases and a head full of questions — and three weeks later. 81 seconds, no sound needed. Lena, the Bennetts and Mia are invented.
The questions you arrive with, and where the answers live

Can I use the car?

Agreed once. Written down.

Food, the car, guests, screens, your room: the house questions are talked through once and saved as one answer both sides can see. If either of you understood it differently, one tap says so.

What's my schedule?

Your week, and the month ahead.

Your working blocks, extra time on a given date, and your own time off. Check in and check out, and a meter shows where the week stands — "31 of 45 h this week".

Who pays for the zoo?

Money for the children, settled in the open.

A money agreement says what you may spend without asking. Log what you spent with a photo of the receipt, or tap "Not sure — ask" and the family answers in the app. When you used your own money, it is marked once it has been paid back.

Do they see what I do all day?

Capture a moment. Send the week on Friday.

Note the small things when they happen, with the children safe beside you. On Friday they become the weekly update the family reads and replies to.

Am I working more than we agreed?

The week is checked before it happens.

If you are here on a J-1 exchange program, the app sets your planned week against the published hour rules and shows you and the family the same amber note if a week runs over.

What do I have to show for the month?

One document.

Hours, money and moments in a month-end pack you can print or email. It is also the evidence you bring when you ask for what you're worth.
