For daycares and preschools

The app for the day-to-day work of a daycare.

Everyone sees what's open. Nobody has to chase.

Attendance, allergies and medication, billing, and updates for parents — in one app for you, your team and your families. It answers who came which days, who can't have peanuts, whether every hour was counted, and how to ask for the money again. A solo home daycare counts.

$49–$299 a month, by the size of your program · free while we're in pilot

A home daycare with six children on different days and hours. 82 seconds, no sound needed. Rosa's Daycare and the people in it are invented.
The questions in the film, and what the app does about them

Who came which days?

One tap at the door.

Tap a child in when they arrive and out at pickup. You get the real times next to the hours that were booked, and a late pickup is noted without anyone having to remember it.

Who can't have peanuts?

Allergies and medication, on every phone.

Each child's health note sits at the top of Today for whoever is working. Lunch, snack, nap and medication checks list who gets what, and every dose given is logged with the time and the person's name.

Did I count every hour?

The month adds itself up.

Charge a monthly fee or by the hour. The app totals each child's month from the days and hours that really happened, so the notebook and the calculator can stay in the drawer.

How do I ask for the money… again?

A warm note. Not a reminder.

The open amount sits in the family's app until it is settled, so nobody has to chase. CalmCare Connect does not take payments — families keep paying you the way they already do.

Do the parents know what we did this week?

Friday: the week in a letter.

Capture a moment when it happens. On Friday the app drafts each child's weekly update from those moments; you edit it, approve it, and it goes to the family. They can reply.

What do I hand over at month end?

One document.

Hours, money and moments for each child, in a month-end pack you can print or email. Receipts and a year statement per child are there when tax time comes.

What it is not

Honest limits

  • It does not take or process payments. It shows what is open.
  • It is not a curriculum. Yours stays yours.
  • It is not a licensing authority, and it does not issue training hours or certificates.
  • It is a web app you add to your home screen. It is not in the app stores.
For your team

I work at a daycare or preschool.

Teachers, caregivers, aides and specialists join by an email invitation from their program. Nothing to set up and nothing to pay.

  • Today: who is expected, who is here, and what each child needs
  • Handoff notes for the person on the next shift, even if you never meet
  • The team's week, so everyone knows who is on
  • Program guidelines you read and confirm, kept up to date
  • Your own path: experience days, certificates and their expiry dates
  • Short lessons on communication, with a two-minute check
